Less noise. More you.

There’s a version of your life where you feel more present, more clear, and more like yourself.

Well-being coaching can help you get there.

Hi, I’m Stephanie Wagstaff.

Most of us spend a lot of energy managing life from the outside — the responsibilities, the pace, the expectations. It works, until it doesn’t.

Well-being coaching offers something different: a structured space to slow down, look inward, and develop a clearer understanding of yourself — your patterns, your values, what you actually need. From that foundation, real change becomes possible.

I’m a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC). My approach draws on mindfulness, breathwork, and reflective practice, with a particular focus on the relationship between mind and body.

Coaching tends to resonate with people who:

Feel like they’re keeping up on the outside, but something feels off underneath

Want to understand themselves better — their habits, their reactions, what drives them

Are navigating a shift in life and looking for clarity on what comes next

Have tried managing stress on their own and are ready for a different approach

Want practical tools, not just insight — and how to actually use them

A mindfulness-based approach to lasting change.

My coaching integrates the Know Yourself series developed by the Anthropedia Institute — a research-informed framework for self-understanding — with mindfulness practices, breath work, and gentle movement. It’s a whole-person approach: mind, body, and the way the two influence each other.

The work is reflective and practical in equal measure. We’ll explore your personality and emotional tendencies, work on the thought patterns that keep you stuck, and build tools you can actually use outside of sessions.

Over time, clients tend to develop greater self-awareness, steadier stress management, and a stronger sense of their own values and direction.

Ways we can work together

  • Structured, personalized coaching build around the Know Yourself framework — developed by the Anthropedia Institute to support self-understanding, healthier thought patterns, and genuine, lasting well-being.

  • A collaborative process guided by what matters most to you right now. We identify meaningful goals, clarify what’s in the way, and build steady momentum toward them both during and between sessions.

  • Custom workshops for workplaces, community organizations, and private groups. Each session is designed around your group’s needs, with practical tools for stress reduction, focus, and everyday well-being.

Located in St. Louis, Missouri

My practice is based in St. Louis, predominantly out of Origin Wellness in Midtown, and I work with clients throughout the area, including Clayton, Richmond Heights, Ladue, Kirkwood, and Webster Groves. Virtual sessions are available for those who prefer flexibility or live outside the area.
